What is Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)?

Answer Engine Optimisation is the work of making an AI assistant name your business when a customer asks it a buying question, such as "what's the best storage company in Leeds?". Unlike traditional search, the AI gives one answer, and most businesses have no idea whether that answer names them or a competitor. AEO measures that, fixes the reasons you are missing, and re-measures to prove the change.
